‘Tea Pots & Posies’

 

Enjoy a relaxing afternoon of fun creating your own individual floral arrangements whilst helping the Macmillan Cancer Support, as all the proceeds of this event will be donated to the charity.

 

Sue Walker of local business, Floral Inspiration, will firstly, demonstrate how to produce some lovely ‘posy’ type floral arrangements, using small tea pots and glass jars, crafted with seasonal flowers and foliage.

You will then have the opportunity, under Sue’s expert guidance and help, to create your own individual tea pot and jar arrangements, which you will be able to take home with you at the end of the day and impress your family and friends!

 

Sue has donated her time, plus all the materials required, including the flowers, tea pots, and containers, free of charge, for the event, so all you need to do is book your place, turn up on the day and bring a pair of either secateurs or garden scissors

 

A Macmillan event would be incomplete without including tea, coffee and cakes, all of which will be available on the day, and again, all proceeds will go to the charity.

Various raffle prizes will also be on offer to try your luck, with some unique and interesting prizes, all adding to what is hoped will be a great afternoon out, either with old friends, or even making some new ones!
